Sridevi & Gauri Shinde To Team Up Together For English Vinglish Sequel?

Sridevi made a great comeback with Gauri Shinde’s English Vinglish. The movie that was released in 2012, was a big hit.

And now it is being heard that the sequel to the film is on cards, and Sridevi and Gauri are ready to start this project.

If sources are to be believed:

“Sridevi indicated that a collaboration is in the offing when the film completed five years last month. She shared a picture of Gauri and her, and wrote, “Coming soon”. They were supposed to come together for a women centric light-hearted comedy earlier, but the story was not fully developed. So, they shifted their focus to the sequel. Sridevi takes her time thinking about the scripts and selecting them, which is why her second innings has been only two films, but both of them critically and commercially acclaimed at that. She might do a cameo in Janhvi’s debut but her next project will be with Gauri. The film will kick off sometime early next year.”

Well, it will be exciting to see this two rock onscreen again. Right?
