Actor Ali Fazal recently tasted super success with his recent Hollywood film Victoria and Abdul. He is now all set to be a part of the video on demand series Mirzapur on Amazon Prime. Mirzapur is directed by Karan Anshuman and is produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani under Excel Entertainment banner.
Ali has gone through a complete image change over for his character in Mirzapur. The show has a rural setting in the North of India. For the first time, he will be seen portraying a grey shaded character. His character required to don a typical north Indian gangster look mouthing typical local language.
After a lot of look tests, the makers zeroed in a look that has an uncanny resemblance to look of Brad Pitt’s in the Hollywood action film Fight Club. In Fight Club, Pitt character displayed an ultra-lean physique that took the world by storm. Ali Fazal has worked upon his body aggressively to bulk up and experimented with his looks to match up with his character requirement.
It would be a visual treat for all of Ali’s fans worldwide to see the transformation soon.
