Last evening, Sony Entertainment launched two new shows Ek Deewana Tha and Haasil. The shows star former co-stars Namik Paul and Nikita Dutta respectively.
Along with Namik, Ek Deewana Tha also stars Donal Bisht and Vikram Singh Chauhan in the lead. The show portrays a love triangle, with one of the lovers coming back after dying to be with her. Ek Deewana Tha will be produced by Prateek Sharma under the banner of LSD Films Pvt. Ltd.

As for Haasil, the shows stars Zayed Khan, Vatsal Sheth and Sheeba Akashdeep alongside Nikita. Haasil is a thriller romantic drama produced by Siddhartha P Malhotra under the banner Alchemy Productions.

Both shows feature the leading lady and two guys. Also, going by the promos it can be said that neither of the girls (Donal Bisht and Nikita Dutta) are pure of heart.
At the launch event, both Namik and Nikita said that they don’t see the other’s show as competition and wish the other show success. Now isn’t that sweet.
