Badho Bahu Actors Share Their Festive Diwali Plans. The cast of Dipti Kalwani’s (Sunny Side Up), Teenna Swayyam, Sushant Kumar’s (Hum Tum Telefilms) Badho Bahu talk about their Diwali plans and the cracker they associate themselves with.

Prince Narula – I will be probably working on Diwali. I can relate to a sky shot, which bursts high in the air and spreads happiness everywhere. According to me, you can celebrate Diwali with your friends, with good food and other festivities, instead of bursting firecrackers. It creates so much pollution and harms everyone. So, my message is to burn less crackers this time for your own safety.

Shagun Pandey – I celebrate Diwali with my family in Chandigarh every year. But this year, I am working on Diwali because I have a lot of projects currently. The cracker I resemble the most is a fountain. You light it and its humongous energy goes up in the air. I am like that. I am full of energy and like to spread brightness everywhere.

Karmveer Choudhary – This festival of lights brings the family together. We enjoy each other’s companies, eat together and burst a few crackers. I like Phuljhadi because it is very bright and lively. I just want to say that banning crackers is not the right thing to do. Yes, bursting crackers cause pollution and harm, but if done in a limit, it is not that bad. It is our festival and it is our culture, so why should they be banned?

Sangeeta Panwar – I love Diwali, it gives us a chance to come together, make sweets and eat them. We light lamps and have fun. There is light everywhere, on trees and in parks and on roads, it makes me happy. The only thing which I don’t like is the noise. You can burst crackers like Phuljhadi, where there is no noise. I am like a Phujhadi and Fountain, I like to spread brightness and happiness everywhere.
