Vishal Mishra Is All Set For His Next Bollywood Outing For Irrfan Khan

Composer-singer Vishal Mishra whose previous outing ‘Pyar Ho’ from Munna Michael struck a chord with one and all, is all set for his next Bollywood outing, ‘Qareeb Qareeb Single’. The film stars Irrfan Khan and is helmed by Tanuja Chandra.

Vishal recently went to Chandigarh where he recorded with the Nooran sisters for one of the most special track in the film. The name of the song is tentatively titled Tu Jaan Le Le Meri, where as the second choice is ‘Khatam Kahani’.

The song required folk musicians and Vishal was blessed to have some of the finest talent on board. Among them were two visually impaired musicians, a percussionist and a harmonium player. Both of them were so skilled at their vocation that it took them just one take to get the music right.

Commenting on the same, Vishal said:

“Working on this song has been a surreal experience. I have been extremely fortunate to get a team of some of the best musicians I have come across. I was blessed to work with a percussionist and a harmonium player, both of who were visually impaired but their knowledge and skill is at par if not better than anyone else in the industry. The song has been sung by Nooran sisters who’ve outdone themselves with this track. It’s an upbeat number written by Raj Shekhar and it has an element of folk with electronic. I am extremely happy with the way it comes out”.
