Actor Shweta Rohira will turn a year older later this month. However, she decided to have an early birthday party this year. Shweta, whose birthday is actually on the 24th of September, decided to celebrate it on Friday night with a big bash. The theme of the party was denims and it was held at Oshiwara, Mumbai.
Dressed in a cute denim dress, Shweta looked spectacular. The party was attendant by guests from the TV as well as the film fraternity. Celebrities such as Aamna Sharif, Karishma Tanna, Kartik Sabarwal, Madhu Sharma, Sameer Aftab, Mustafa Mustan, Pooja Banerjee, Kunal Verma, Richa Chadda, RJ Pritam Pyare with his Wife, Saurav Verma, Shraddha Arya, Rashami Desai, Mouni Roy, Elli Avram, Lulia Vantur, Prachi Shah, Zareen Khan and Sneha Ullal.
Everyone was casually dressed in denim dresses, chambray tops and jeans. They were seen having a good time and also got fun pictures clicked with the birthday girl.
Having a party has been a tradition for Shweta, and she does it every year.
“I always have a party on my birthday so that I can celebrate with all my friends and family. I think all parties in their own way are memorable,”
she says, adding,
“I love the idea of cakes and gifts, it makes the birthday feel more special. Nothing beats a chocolate cake, which is my ultimate favourite.”
Actor Salman Khan has always considered Shweta as his sister and she has many memories of celebrating her birthday with him.
“My best memory was when he surprised me for my 21st birthday. It was special as I didn’t expect him to come and my friends didn’t know I tie him rakhi. He came and everyone went mad screaming. It was hilarious.”
She is always made to feel extra special on her birthday, says Shweta.
“I get very upset if anyone forgets my birthday. It’s the easiest way to upset me and it’s very difficult to make up for it. In fact, all my loved ones go an extra mile to make my every birthday special… they make extra efforts to pamper me. Of course, Ma is always the first one to wish me.”
