Actor Kettan Singh, who is a part of Shankar Jai Kishen 3 In 1, talks about his name change from ’Ketan’ to Kettan’.
The actor is currently portraying three different characters in Siddharth Kumar Tewary and Rahul Kumar Tewary‘s (Swastik Productions) newly launched show Shankar Jai Kishen 3 In 1.Perhaps for the time on Indian television an actor is essaying three different roles in the same show.
Kettan who is a Mumbai guy started his career as a Radio Jockey and become a prominent name for his good command over mimicry and good voice. But he faced a problem, he was not being able to create a unique social networking id as there were other ids with the same name.
Kettan says,
“I was facing a unique problem with my name. At that point of time I met renowned numerologist Sanjay Jhumani and he suggested me a spelling change of my name. He told me to put an extra T in my name and since then I am Kettan Singh. So in a way I have changed the spelling to Kettan to create a unique id on social media. But all my official documents are in my old name only – Ketan. So this way I have a unique social networking profile.”
