Brand endorsements and commercials are a big part of an actor’s career and what is more fun than doing these with the best co-stars? Recently actors Sara Arfeen Khan and Chandan K Anand shot for a commercial together and they can’t stop talking about the great equation they shared.
Says Sara,
“We did a digital advertisement together for Army officers’ insurance and it was an absolute pleasure working with Chandan. We got to know each other on the set. He is a very sweet person. Even when we were working overtime and got late, he made me comfortable. He is a superb actor to work with and more than that he is a superb human being. That is more important than just being an actor.”
Chandan, too, has only good memories of working with Sara. He says,
“I have worked with Sara for the first time in this commercial and the experience was awesome. She is an intelligent actress. I cherished the time we both spent on the set. I am looking forward to working with her again someday.”
On doing commercials both the actors echoed the same thoughts. Sara says,
“I don’t know if commercials are important for my career but I love doing them. They are fun and interesting. It is different from the routine of acting in a show.”
While Chandan says,
“I have been doing commercials for so long now, people know me for my commercials as well. It’s quick, fun and also for an actor doing a commercial, gives you an opportunity to earn money, which is important too. I also get a lot of creative satisfaction while depicting a story in few a minutes.”
