The Hollywood star Adam Sandler turns 51 today. And the movies he’s been a part of sure make us laugh, cry and jump with glee. These movies are a must watch today:
Just Go with It (2011)
Released in 2011, this film saw Sandler essaying the part of a 45-years old plastic surgeon. His attempts to convince his girlfriend that he is divorcing his wife (who in reality is his assistant), while he still loves his (his manager’s) kids is hilarious.
You Don’t Mess with the Zohan (2008)
Adam plays Zohan, an Israeli counter-terrorist, who want a way out. He finally moves to America to become a hairstylist. The entire journey from start to when he finds out his girlfriend is his enemy’s sister will leave you in splits.
This movie saw Adam aka Michael Newman, a hardworking architect who give more time to work than family suffer in life. Hey, it’s not a sad movie, but it definitely has a deep message for us all.
Grown Ups (2010)
This movie had Sandler as a rich Hollywood talent agent who meets up with his high school friends. And, all who have watched this film ever can vouch that once the 5 friend and their families unite it’s a hell 4th of July weekend.
50 First Dates (2004)
Adam plays a veterinarian in Hawaii when he meets Lucy Whitmore, a young girl who suffers from anterograde amnesia. His attempts to win her over (for her every day is the 13th of October) and finally marry her will have you close to tears.
