AGP World has constantly been pushing the envelope when it comes to bringing new age international talent to perform in our country. ‘Cultures Unite’, is their mission statement and new work fires up exposure to A Proud Nation.
Earlier the production house bought in the West End’s sensation, STOMP, which was a great hit. This time they are all set to bring the world renowned, A Cappella band – The Magnets, to India. The tour last from 9th to 17th September. The band’s first performance this tour will be at Tata Theatre: NCPA on September 9th and later at Siri Fort, Delhi on September 16, 2017.
A Cappella is not a genre but a style of musical performance – any music performed by voices alone or, to be a bit more inclusive by the human voice, vocal apparatus, and sometimes body alone. In live concert scene full of fusion bands and electronic artists, A cappella groups aren’t just a breath of fresh air but are also extremely interesting to watch. The Magnets is an A Cappella super-group featuring the hottest vocal and beat boxing talent on the international A Cappella scene and London’s West End. The Magnets have performed across the globe including countries like Australia, Austria, United States of America, China and Switzerland among others.
AGP World has blended these talents for the first time in the show called ‘The Magnets Feat. Natalie Di Luccio”. The blend of these two unique talents is all set to light ablaze the stage with The Magnets singing international chart buster across genres accompanied by the multi-talented ‘Bollywood Soprano’ Natalie Di Luccio, whose repertoire ranges from Opera to Bollywood hits!
To this Ashvin Gidwani, Producer & MD, AGP World said,
“A show where everyone gets to party from start to the finish. This is going to be quite a blast as we have fused the best of the West with our popular Indian music. Don’t wait to hear from someone else that you missed a super experience.”
Be it incredible plays like Barff and The Scent of A Man or creative musical performances like STOMP, First Project or now The Magnets, AGP World has always wowed the audience with the diversity of performances they have delivered.
