Catch The First Episode Of ‘What the Folks’ by Dice Media

 

Dice Media, the premium video division of Pocket Aces, released the first episode – Arranged Family- of its new original web series, What the Folks. This 5-episode web series will air every Thursday via Dice Media’s YouTube and Facebook channels.

The slice-of-life dramedy is something that every young person and their family can relate to. This series explores how modern Indian families are – breaking stereotypes, overcoming generation gaps, and growing to love one another despite having starkly different world views.

The first episode begins with Nikhil, the protagonist, making his way to his in-laws place encountering an irritating ride and facing the pain of losing his phone. After an awkward welcome and heavy dose of dinner, he finds himself in more trouble when he ends up damaging something that is highly valued by his father-in-law.

Will Nikhil make up for his mistakes or end up making a few new ones while tries to mend the damage done? Join us in unfolding this awkward, but cute scenarios of Nikhil’s encounters with his In-laws.
