Sizzled Summer Music and Food Festival 2019
Cape Town; Sizzled Summer Music and Food Festival concludes 2019 with an epic Bang! The long-awaited summer music and food festival, Sizzled took place on the 29th of December at Fort, Wynardt in Greenpoint, Cape Town South Africa. It was surely one to remember and here’s why!
Upon entry, Sizzled go-ers were greeted with a glittery and sparkling surprise! Glitter painted body parts starting the party. Talk about bringing the spark to the dance floor! It was certainly fun roaming around with some sparkle shimmering against the sunlight whilst dancing towards the moonlight! The venue was an adventurous and steep journey.
Above all, before moving towards the beats of the music, people were able to take pictures at the famous Sizzled sign, lit up ready to go!
The sign surrounded by delicious food vendors such as The Nob, The THC Craftery, Waffle and Wonder and more amazing food! You know, your girl had to have some! The food was delish and went down perfectly with a nice cold one from the bar!
Sizzled’s Endless and Diverse Line-Up
The line-up was extremely diverse from male and female DJs, spoken word, Jazz and live performances. The event united different demographics and made everyone feel at home with the venue being so spacious and welcoming. Everyone danced until late evening and brought in the moonlight with their endless Sizzled sparkles! The decor included beautiful fluttering lights and benches free for socializing.
The venue had an arch that really brought a vibe from one part of the event to the next. The arch separated the food section and the dance section making it easier for go-ers to enjoy their meals separately from the dance area. Fortunately, in the food section of the event, there was another DJ present for those to appreciate some killer beats to bring the adrenaline before hitting the dance floor!
Sizzled certainly brought some endless heat for “DEZEEEMBAAAA”. The Mother City certainly knows where to party in December and Sizzled was definitely the place to be! It was the best way to conclude 2019 and we are sure that 2020 is only going to be even bigger and better!
