The Urban Asian scene seems to be growing by the week and we just can’t keep up with all the talent evolving! It’s pretty hard to not notice – but the asian scene has some good-looking and yet young talented singers across the net that some would have never known about. Well not to worry we ran into one singer that is making some beats and sounds and girls swoon! His name is Samad!
Samad tells UrbanAsian,
“The day I make it, I promise you that i’ll bring this city with me.”
Such powerful words as anyone can dream big! Those are the exact words that represent Samad. Born and raised in the city of Montreal, Canada, people have defined him as an R&B/POP Artist, but he and his team #WHATYULOVE believe that they cannot be categorized and step by step they will takeover the music industry by storm.
Since the age of 7, Samad started singing songs ranging from Bollywood, to Barney the Dinosaur’s theme song. Slowly but surely he began to listen to Pop, Hip-Hop and R&B music which led him to begin writing songs in a unique fashion where he would use different genres and combine them together, such as rapping whilst singing, or portraying stories within each type of song he creates.
