The hottest techno-pop band, Swami, is all set to release some hot new sounds for their fans! The multiple award-winning British-based band, will be dropping “Do It Again” on November 7th! The track has been described as “the future of Asian pop music” (Bobby Friction, BBC Asian Network). With funky guitars and hard hitting electronic pop beats meeting the sounds of Bhangra and Bollywood, you are truly about to witness the upgraded energy levels of Swami. Swami achieved international success, and even worked with several non-desi projects (for example, their track “Mehbooba” featured in the opening credits of “New York Minute” starring the Olsen twins and their song DesiRock featured in the Official 2006 FIFA World Cup video game)! The new single will be released on November 7th, with a high energy music video showcasing a side of the band you’ve never seen before… plus 10,000 dazzling light-bulbs! Following the release of the single, several more versions will be made available, including an acoustic mix and extended version, all of which will be available on digital music platforms worldwide.
To promote the release, Swami has started a new YouTube video series named Swami Sunday. Starting in November, the band will uploading an all-new video every Sunday ; expect to see behind-the-scenes recording footage, acoustic performances, snippets of forthcoming songs, interviews, covers, Q&A sessions, and more!
