Romay started learning music at school from the age of 12. At the age of 16, his interests came to Djing and he started getting into the Ragga/Hardcore/Jungle scene, which soon became Drum and Bass. He started Djing at College discos and club events, and during college, his enthusiasm for the music and scene grew.
Romay then set about getting his own studio together and learning the finer points of engineering attending London School of Sound and SAE institute. Gaining experience by mixing down his friends Rock bands and other artist works he slowly developed his skills. Drawing from a wide variety of musical styles from Jazz, Classical, Rock, Traditional indian, Romay started work on his Drum and Bass projects and has not looked back since.
