#SmoothieSunday: A Very Cherry Smoothie


It’s the first Sunday of the month again so we are back with another delicious smoothie recipe for #SmoothieSunday! This time we’ve got a sweet one for all of our readers with a sweet tooth. The Very Cherry Smoothie is a delicious blend of sweet and tangy fruit flavors!

Ingredients

1 cup frozen sweet cherries

1/4 cup orange juice

1 cup almond milk

1 tbsp honey

1 cup ice

Start off by adding in 1 cup of frozen sweet cherries into the blender. Frozen sweet cherries can be easily found in frozen food aisle of your local supermarket. If you can’t find cherries try other frozen fruits like Peaches or Raspberries. After the cherries add in ice and blend! Since these are frozen it will take some time to break it down. Lastly add in the orange juice, almond milk, and honey to the blender. Blend, pour and enjoy!
