Have you always wanted to be in the entertainment industry?

I have grown up exposed to the world of entertainment, naturally I have been drawn to the lifestyle. So yes, I have always wanted to be successful in the entertainment industry. While I was in school, through my teen years, my sister Shama [Sikander] started her career and the excitement enticed me even more. After my first experience I was hooked!

You’ve never been afraid of doing reality shows. Would you consider doing a reality show like Bigg Boss?

There is always fear when starting something new, but it’s that self confidence that encourages me to try to perform the best as I can. I would consider Bigg Boss and I think I would love it. When you work in entertainment you know you inviting the world into your “personal” space and they pass judgments and are quick to share their opinions. I’ve learned to filter that out, stay focused on the task at hand, and let my work speak for itself in the end.

How has the experience been on Roadies?

Indescribable, but I shall try to put it in words. The show tested my fitness strength, mental agility, and I learned a lot about myself. Adventure is the reason to live life and Roadies did that for me at this point.  I am grateful for the opportunity and have made some great friends. The experience is unforgettable and will influence the next chapter in my journey.

What is the one thing you wished you knew when you had started your career?

I wish I was aware of the difficulties you face when you try to launch yourself. I am not a “star’s” kid, my family is not part of the film industry and it is tough to get noticed without a co-sign.

What is your fitness mantra?

Fitness is a lifestyle. I want to try new things, beat records, and have experiences that only superheroes have. I am a superhero! Because it’s a lifestyle, my workout and diet are routine and I allow myself plenty of cheat meals so I never feel like I am missing out. When I nail my stunts, like the Human Flag, I am grateful for my body and stamina.

If you could tailor make a role for yourself, what would it be?

I want to be a superhero. I want to perform stunts. I want to inspire people. I want to make my friends and family proud – and who doesn’t like a little attention.
