Check out our quick chat with NY’s top rated DJ, Jay Dabhi:
New York City native Jay Dabhi began deejaying at the tender age of 14 and acquired the nickname “Lil Jay” from the days when he stood atop milk crates to reach the turntables. “It all started when my mom would put me in front of the radio when I was 4 to keep me entertained while she was doing work around the house,” says Jay.
Currently, Jay can be heard on New York’s 92.3 AMP Radio, a Top 40 radio station with a potential reach of 15 million listeners in the New York City area. Besides mixing on the radio, Jay can be seen guest DJing at Madison Square Garden at NY Knicks games as well as major clubs though out the world.
