The record is more of the late-night R&B we’ve been hearing from the mysterious singer on his many solo releases and collaborations with Ty Dolla $ign. “All The Time” features some ghostly vocal samples and swelling synth textures, which 24 greets with some slippery auto-tuned melodies. He shouts out both Jodeci and PARTYNEXTDOOR, making sure the full range of R&B history is represented.
