Navin Kundra seems to be a favorite of the world’s dignitaries! He has performed for the likes of Prince Charles and Camilla (Duchess of Cornwall) in the UK, and has also performed for India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi (PM Modi) during his UK visit. He first performed for PM Modi during the Prime Minister’s Wembley Assembly visit to England (see here if you haven’t caught the performance). It is amazing Navin got to sing one time for the Prime Minister, but he’s gotten to sing for PM Modi twice! Navin performed for PM Modi again during the PM’s recent visit to Brussels to address the European Union (EU)! Navin sang a special version of ‘Diamonds‘ by Rihanna alongside Vasundhara Raturi, Hans Vermeersch and Shyama Vermeersch.

This performance of ‘Diamonds‘ is a special tribute to the history of Belgium and India, with a particular focus on the contribution of Indian soldiers who gave their lives on the battlefields of Belgium during World War 1, right through to the people who polish and shine our diamonds joining the great cities of Antwerp and Surat.
