The tables have turned in Star Plus’ family drama Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. With the suicide (believed to be assisted suicide) of Shagun (Anita Hassnandani), Ashok (Sangram Singh) is back in the picture in a rather slightly positive avatar.
Upon learning from Suraj (Vineet Kumar) that Shagun committed suicide after hearing taunts from Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) and the Bhalla family, Ashok expresses his grief. He admits to having loved Shagun and regrets all that he had done to her. In a fit of rage, he vows to avenge Shagun’s death by getting back at Ishita and her family!
Whom will Ashok target first? Does Ashok really care for Shagun or is he using the incident as an excuse for his own gains?
