After a sensational response to the show, Zee TV’s Fear Files returns with yet another gripping season. Pankit Thakker, who is most noted for his role of Dr. Atul on Dill Mill Gayye, will be seen in an upcoming episode of the show which is featured on an urban legend.
We got in touch with Pankit who commented, ” I was drawn to the episode due to its intriguing story and cutting edge treatment and presentation. The real hero of the episode is fear, there are no acting histrionics involved.The episode has a very realistic approach. It is a little uneasy and unnerving and will really spook a person watching the show, after all that is the ultimate goal. Right?”
He further added, “The show caters to mass audiences and most importantly the entire family can enjoy it as instead of explicit gore the idea is to elicit a negative emotional reaction from viewers by psychologically playing on the audience’s primal fears. It’s one of the favorite genres of entertainment even before romance and comedy – not only in India but world over.”
