IT graduate turned retail merchandiser, who ventured into designing 11 years ago, fashion designer Hitesh Punamiya showcased his collection at the 4th edition of the Asian Designer Week Summer Resort 2017 which flaunted the theme of royalty inspired by the Mughal era in the right manner.
Talking about his experience at ADW, Hitesh said:
“Showcasing my bridal and semi-bridal collection at ADW was a good learning experience. It all started from the fitting session, setting of garments and correct drapes and working out the individual looks. The highlight of the event was the amount of appreciation I got from my fellow designers and people at the show. I would like to thank 6degree (a fashion talent platform that provides opportunities and services to fashion professionals) for their tremendous support. ADW was the start of our wonderful partnership, definitely not the end”.
This fashion week that was held in Delhi saw Hitesh Punamiya display his collection that ranged from pas tel to wearable dark colors for summer with embroidery that made each garment look exquisite yet easy to carry. It was a successful show for the designer!
