Diljit Continues With His Phillauri Look In His New Video

 

A superstar in Punjab, Diljit Dosanjh is all set for the release of his second Bollywood film after Udta Punjab, Phillauri, opposite Anushka Sharma. 

 

What’s interesting is that Diljit will be seen in an all new avatar in the film. All his fans are used to seeing him in a certain look and love him in that look. For Phillauri, Diljit has donned a sort of early era’s earthy rockstar look. When the trailer of the film was released a few days ago, his fans were in for a pleasant surprise.

 

Says a source,

 

“Diljit’s look in the film is unlike what his fans have seen before. He was initially little skeptical about how his fans will react to his new look but he was in for a pleasant surprise and relief when his fans and industry alike showered him with praises for his new look.”

 

So much so that Diljit has decided to use the same costume in one of his upcoming videos as well. He requested the film’s production team and has taken the costume to use it in one of his upcoming songs.

 

Says Diljit,

 

“I was little unsure of how audience will react to my new look in the film but their response was heart-warming. The film team was kind enough to give the costume to me. I have decided to use it in one of my songs”.

 

The Rockstar has surely got a hang of his desi look.
