Dishoom team at the Royal luncheon in Abu Dhabi!

On January 28, HH Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan of Abu Dhabi welcomed the members of the Dishoom team!

Producer Sajid Nadiadwala, director Rohit Dhawan, and actors John Abraham, Varun Dhawan, and Jacqueline Fernandez joined them in Abu Dhabi. To shoot the upcoming film Dishoom. The team extended their shoot schedule of forty-days to capture iconic locations of the UAE capital. Additionally celebrating the king’s birthday at his royal palace.

Varun, John, and Jacqueline have been actively sharing their Dishoom journey via social media, and by the looks of it, thus far it seems this is going to be a total hit! While the photos are creating a buzz and excitement, fans are also building up the excitement too.

Producer Sajid Nadiadwala said it was a great experience to shoot in Abu Dhabi.

“We are having a great experience shooting ‘Dishoom’ in the exotic locations of Abu Dhabi. Which synchronizes seamlessly with my script. We scouted all over the world before zeroing down on Abu Dhabi,” he said.

Welcoming the crew to Abu Dhabi, Maryam Al Mheiri, COO of twofour54 (a tax-free media and entertainment free zone) said, “We are glad to welcome Sajid Nadiadwala and his production company back to Abu Dhabi to film ‘Dishoom’. Abu Dhabi has become the second home for Bollywood producers having secured major productions such as ‘Bang Bang’, ‘Baby’, and now ‘Dishoom’ over the past two years.”

The movie will be city’s longest feature filming project till date.

Dishoom’s Shooting is still going on but it fix the film will be set to release on July 29, 2016!
