Here’s some news to know!

Vir Das and Soha Ali Khan in lead roles of the film, 31st October, will be screened at the London Indian Film Festival on July 18 and 20!

This is the first mainstream film set on the backdrop of 1984, based on a true life story of a Sikh family stuck in Delhi on the day of October 31, the day Prime Minister Indira Gandhi was assassinated. We have found out that the film will be screened at the historical Picture-house Central in London!

Writer and producer Harry Sachdeva and Das recently attended the red carpet event at the opening of LIFF which is Europe’s largest Indian film festival. They both shared their excitement for having the film as an official selection at the festival. LIFF highlights the best of world cinema to champion creativity, originality, vision and imagination, and presents the finest contemporary international cinema from both established and emerging filmmakers. Considering the strong presence of Indians in London, 31st October seems to be the talk of the town.
