There have been reports for quite some time now that two of Bollywood’s hottest actresses, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra will be having a dance off in their upcoming film, Bajirao Mastani. The film stars the two beauties along with Ranveer Singh.
According to a leading daily, Remo D’souza has confirmed the dance off. Remo has been put in charge of the choreography for the dance off by the director and producer, Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The dance off is already being compared to Devdas’ dance off between Madhuri Dixit-Nene and Aishwariya Rai Bachchan in the song Dola Re. Reportedly, Priyanka and Deepika’s dance off will be on a grander and more lavish scale. It is even rumored that the song will feature a Lavani dance and for that both actresses have already started rehearsing.
Confirming the news, Remo said, “Yes, it’s true. I will be choreographing the dance featuring Deepika and Priyanka. It’s a big thing for me to do it for Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Also, the song is big and it has Deepika and Priyanka in it, so that just raises the bar.”
