As many of us are fans of big actors that we love watching on screen or on TV, actors themselves also become fans and get a ‘screaming’ moment! They are humans as well, just like the rest of us are! But one actress who lives with one of the biggest actors also got her fan moment!
Actress Sonam Kapoor, who has grown up watching superstar Salman Khan’s movies, revealed in a recent interview that she had an ‘Oh My God moment’ when she got the offer to romance the superstar on-screen in the forthcoming movie ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’!
But Sonam says that it was also a bit weird to work with director Sooraj Barjatya and Salman Khan in the film.
“Working with Soorajji and Salman is like the weirdest thing because I have grown up watching Prem (Salman’s character) and it’s like, ‘Oh my god! Prem is romancing me!’” Sonam said.
“I have grown up with his films like ‘Hum Aapke Hain Koun…!’ and ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’, and it’s just like an ‘Oh my god moment!’. So I had to pinch myself at times,” she further added.
This is not the first time that Sonam is being paired with Salman in a film. It is noted that the 29-year-old actress romanced the 48-year-old superstar in her debut film ‘Saawariya’ too. Talking about working with Salman again, Sonam shared,
“We have finished our first schedule. It’s been seven years since I worked with him…I have known him all my life, but he is amazing. He is a professional; he has got the highest amount of IQ.
“I have never seen him being nasty to anyone or rude to anybody. He has immense respect for women and he is extremely hardworking. He is always on time, always improvising. He is one of the best actors I have ever worked with. He is always trying to do something different,” she said
