“Teri Akh” is the brand debut single by Ajit Singh, a dance floor duet featuring the vocal talents of Sona Walia. The song has an uplifting bhangra groove as well as well conceived desi lyrical content.
The lead singer Ajit Singh hails from Sahnewal, Punjab in India and where he was taught by Ustad Bhai Sharanjit Singh and Inder Pawar. He started his musical journey in 2013 whilst studying in London for a Masters Degree in Business. Being a big fan of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and gaining his inspiration from listening to classical and folk Punjabi music, Ajit’s style reflects that of a true desi vocalist. Add into the mix an already established Sona Walia and you have a recipe for a floor filler.
